Student Activities

Student life isn’t all work at our campus. Students are encouraged to take some time to socialize with their fellow students and have fun. Students also have the opportunity to display their leadership skills by participating in the student’s association. Along with classes and studying, UCEP students enjoy regular social activities sponsored by the Student Association and the program. Check out the events below!

Celebrating Birthdays

All students’ birthdays are acknowledged whenever they occur during the year.

Student Lunches

The Student’s Association hosts a number of fun events to mark special calendar days throughout the year. Show your creativity and wear a costume for Halloween, send a Valentine to a special person, or wear something green for St. Patrick’s Day and join your fellow students for lunch-time food and events.

Student Christmas Party

Students sit down together to enjoy a wonderful Christmas Dinner to mark the beginning of the holiday season.

Kids Christmas Party

Students can bring their families to celebrate the season and meet with Santa. Each child receives a gift.

Aboriginal Cultural Day - Round Dance

A Round Dance is held each year to honor past and present UCEP students and staff. The event includes a pipe ceremony and a traditional feast. It brings together students, staff and guests to celebrate Aboriginal Culture.

Graduation Day

The UCEP graduation ceremony celebrates the achievements of the students and acknowledges the hard work they have done over the past year. It marks the end of one part of a journey and the beginning of new opportunities as students look to their futures knowing they are better prepared to meet any challenges along the way.
